Easter 09

Cole loves his cousins!!! I think I took 10 pictures of them all and not one had everyone looking, they are all so busy!!!

He got the hang of finding eggs pretty fast and enjoyed the process. His color was yellow and he knew to only pick up yellow eggs. Granpa Taylor is a good egg hider. Then of course the big kids went in the house for our egg hunt, where Grandpa Taylor really shows off his hiding skills. Of course he has help with rehiding eggs once they have been found by other members of the family. Bryce had the best hiding spot, waiting until after Travis had searched a room that was off limits and then put the egg on top of the ceiling fan. Nothing like an egg hunt to bring out the kid in us all.

Cole was so proud of his eggs. He had a good time dying the eggs.

The day before Easter, the Lion's Club in town spreads candy all over the fields by the rodeo grounds in town and divides the kids up by age groups and promptly at 9 am, they blow the whistle and it is a giant frenzy for the kids to pick up as much candy as possible. Cole loved it as did all the cousins.
